The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has announced the conduct of Special Stray Round-2 of Physical Counselling for admission to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) Course–2025 at the Composite Regional Centre, Bemina, Srinagar.
According to Notification No. 220-BOPEE of 2025 dated 30 December 2025, the decision has been taken after the conclusion of all previous rounds of counselling and upon receiving seat shortfall details from various colleges. It was found that one (01) BPT seat at CRC, Bemina, Srinagar is still vacant.
To fill this seat, BOPEE will conduct Special Stray Round-2 physical counselling as per the following schedule:
- Date: 02 January 2026 (Friday)
- Time of Registration: 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
- Eligibility: All NEET UG 2025 appeared candidates
Eligible and interested candidates are required to report physically at the BOPEE Office, Jammu or Srinagar, on the scheduled date and time for attendance and registration.
Candidates have been advised to bring all original documents and certificates, including Domicile Certificate and Qualifying Marks Card issued by the competent authority, for verification during counselling.
Important Conditions
- Candidates appearing for counselling for the first time must deposit a counselling fee of ₹1500 through the POS machine available at BOPEE offices using a debit or credit card.
- Candidates who have already paid the counselling fee in earlier rounds are exempted from paying again.
- Candidates who are already holding a BPT, BAMS, BUMS, or BHMS seat are not eligible to participate in this round.
The Board has clarified that the seat allotment will be strictly based on NEET UG 2025 score.
Candidates are advised to adhere strictly to the schedule, as no claim will be entertained after the completion of this special counselling round.
