The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued detailed instructions for submission of online application forms for the recruitment of 390 posts advertised under Advertisement Notification No. 13 of 2025 dated 26 December 2025.
Eligible candidates possessing a valid Domicile Certificate of Jammu and Kashmir and fulfilling other prescribed eligibility conditions can apply online through the official JKSSB website.

Mode of Application
Applications must be submitted strictly through online mode only at the official website www.jkssb.nic.in. Applications submitted through any other mode will not be accepted.
Registration and One-Time Registration (OTR)
Candidates are required to register on the JKSSB portal by clicking on the “Login (Apply on Various Posts)” tab. A valid email ID and mobile number are mandatory for registration. Login credentials will be generated after OTP-based verification. Candidates are advised to use the username generated during registration instead of their email ID.
After successful registration, candidates must complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) form. Once OTR is completed, candidates can apply for the advertised posts through the “Active Advertisement” section.
Filling of Application Form
Candidates must carefully fill all required details and save the application using the “Save & Continue” option. Once finally submitted, the application form cannot be edited. All information provided by the candidate will be treated as final for determining eligibility. Any claim related to category, weightage or qualification will be considered only if supported by valid certificates issued on or before the cut-off date.

Uploading of Documents
Candidates are required to upload the following documents as per prescribed specifications:
- Live Photograph
- Signature (size between 10 KB to 20 KB; dimensions 1.5 × 3.5 cm)
- Valid Category Certificate (PDF format, maximum size 100 KB)
- Qualification Certificates (PDF format, maximum size 100 KB)
Application Fee
The application fee must be paid online only through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or UPI. After successful submission of the application form, candidates must click on the “Pay Now” option and ensure that the fee status shows as “Submitted” on the dashboard. Applications without successful fee payment will not be considered.
Submission of Hard Copy
No hard copy or printout of the application form is required at the application stage. Physical documents will be required only at the time of Document Verification (DV) for shortlisted candidates after completion of the examination. However, in-service candidates must submit a printout of the filled online application along with the duly signed and stamped certificate through proper channel.
